Elite Finds — Shipping Policy

Processing time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or personalized items may take 3–5 business days.

Shipping methods & transit times
- Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days after processing
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)
- Carrier options may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional partners. Available options and prices are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected method. Free standard shipping promotions will be noted on the product page or during checkout.

Order tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use that tracking link to view current delivery status.

Multiple shipments
- Items from the same order may ship separately. You will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.

Customs, duties & taxes (International orders)
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. Elite Finds is not responsible for delays or additional charges due to customs.

Address errors & undeliverable orders
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship. Contact support promptly if you need to update your address.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
- If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, contact us at support@elitefinds.com with your order number and photos (for damaged items). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/refund per our Returns & Refunds policy.

Holiday & peak-season delays
- Transit times may be longer during peak seasons and holidays. We’ll notify you of any expected delays.
